About Dental Manufacturing Direct

Digital Dentures Done Right — Fast, Precise, and Comfortable

At Dental Manufacturing Direct, we combine cutting-edge digital workflows with high-quality materials to deliver precision-fit dentures faster than ever. Whether your patient needs a full or partial denture, we offer tailored solutions that prioritize comfort, function, and aesthetics.

Choose from conventional acrylic for a time-tested, reliable option—or upgrade to our advanced DuraFlex flexible material, which offers increased comfort, better adaptation, and reduced sore spots thanks to its lightweight and resilient design. Both materials are processed with the same digital accuracy and attention to detail.

We’re proud to offer an industry-leading 4-day in-lab turnaround for all acrylic dentures, regardless of the material chosen. For digital printed chrome framework dentures, we deliver in just 8 working days—making us one of the fastest, most reliable labs in the country.

Every case is designed digitally for maximum precision, and if needed, we’ll confirm and adjust your design before manufacturing to ensure the final fit is exactly what you and your patient expect.

At Dental Manufacturing Direct, perfect fit is our guarantee. No more guesswork, remakes, or time-consuming adjustments—just high-quality dentures that seat beautifully and keep your patients smiling.

Experience the future of dentures—faster, better, and digitally perfected.

Protect your patients’ teeth—and your restorative work—with our premium custom night splints, engineered for comfort, durability, and effective bruxism management.

At Dental Manufacturing Direct, we offer two high-quality options to suit different clinical needs: a hard 3D-printed splint for maximum durability and precision fit, and a vacuum-formed, dual-layered hard/soft splint that combines a rigid outer shell with a soft inner lining for enhanced comfort.

Both styles are custom-made from digital scans or impressions to ensure a snug, retentive fit that stays securely in place overnight. Our splints are slimline, easy to clean, and designed for high patient compliance. Whether your priority is protecting ceramic work, managing TMJ discomfort, or preventing long-term tooth wear, our splints are built to perform.

Clinicians will appreciate the fast turnaround, accuracy, and minimal adjustments needed. Patients will love the comfort, sleek feel, and peace of mind knowing their teeth are protected every night.

Support your patients with night guards that strike the perfect balance between strength and comfort.

Choose Dental Manufacturing Direct for dependable, high-quality splints—delivered on time, every time.

At Dental Manufacturing Direct, our dental implant crowns are crafted to deliver precision, durability, and superior clinical outcomes—every single time.

Each case includes a brand new restorative screw for patient use, eliminating guesswork and saving you time during the final insertion. We also provide high-resolution printed models with a soft gum area, simulating real tissue contours to aid with emergence profile evaluation and minimize chairside adjustments.

What truly sets us apart is our custom-designed, titanium-milled abutments. These are not off-the-shelf parts—they’re digitally tailored to each case for optimal angulation, strength, and soft tissue support. The result? A reliable fit, strong biomechanics, and a natural-looking finish.

To push performance even further, all abutments are treated with our revolutionary titanium nitride (TiN) coating, specially developed to reduce plaque accumulation and enhance long-term peri-implant health. This coating creates a smoother, harder surface that resists bacterial adhesion, helping your patients maintain cleaner implants with less inflammation.

Our goal is simple: to make your implant workflow smoother, your restorations more predictable, and your patients happier. We combine digital precision, thoughtful design, and premium materials to give you restorations you can trust.

Whether it’s a single implant or full-arch restoration, trust Dental Manufacturing Direct to deliver quality, reliability, and innovation—every step of the way.

Better fit. Better health. Better results.
